Without music, life would be a mistake

Music has always been a big part of my life. From the moment my parents bought me a cassette Walkman and a Rick Astley tape I’ve always had music in my world. When my folks got a radio with a tape player my brother and I would record the top 40 on the weekends and listen to the songs all week, including the DJ’s voiceover where we didn’t stop recording in time.

Music has moved on and my tastes have too. In our digital world, I am able to curate a musical experience that I love and share it with others. Or even co-create playlists on Spotify with people I care about.

So, today I’m really excited to share some of my music. It feels like such a rich part of my life and I’m really glad we live in a digital world and that I’m able to share it with you so easily.

The music page on my site includes a wide range of genres and playlists for various occasions. I’ve created them to support important moments in my life. Cooking, training, dancing, working etc. There are also links to the 2 DJ sets that I’ve recorded as I learn to DJ.

If you want to share some of my musical experiences check out the music page on my site

If you’re interested in the Law of Attraction work that I’m doing you might have heard of me talking about “order confirmations”. These are signs from the world around us that let us know when we’re aligned to things in our life. They can some through nature, music or any seemingly random event.

Yesterday I was training on the roof at my home. I’d had an amazing day of work on my projects and was feeling so jazzed about working out. I put this playlist on shuffle and got going. Towards the end of my workout, I was doing a plank exercise and aiming to hold this position for two minutes. I was tired already and didn’t know if I was going to make a full two minutes.

When this song played.

Grrrrrrr. Hahahahahaha! I get a lot of my signs through music and it always feels like magic when I do. (Despite the magic from the music I only made 90 seconds 🤣)

Have you got a playlist that you love? Please share it with me, by replying to this email and sharing the link.

In case you missed it

 Some positive feedback:

A few weeks ago Matt and I got vulnerable and spoke about “The 5 things men need to integrate to stop the hustle and show up authentically”. If you missed it catch it the video here or the blog here.

When you create a video or any online content you share it with the world and often have no idea who sees it, if it resonates or if it’s made an impact. A few days ago a dear friend said that he’d seen the video. One of the “5 things” men could be better at is: asking for help. My friend saw this part of our video and realised that he needed help with something in his life. So he got vulnerable and asked for help and said that he received so much love and support that we wished he’d done it sooner. ❤️

Law of Attraction Q&A.

We’ve got some pretty big news about a collaborative project that we’re working on in the Law of Attraction space. I’ll share more about that soon. In the meantime, if you’re interested in joining our Livestream next Wednesday we’re going to be answering your Law of Attraction questions.
