A peak experience without psychedelics.

The happy team and participants after ISTA Tasmania level 1 – January 2020.

A few weeks ago I wrote about a significant event I experienced at a festival seeing in the new year. Some friends and I had taken some LSD in ceremony for the last night of 2018. It had resulted in a peak experience where I felt completely in my power. It also left me with a deep sense of knowing that I could access this power whenever I needed it.

This past week, in Tasmania, I completed an ISTA level 1 retreat. The retreat uses an experienced facilitation team, a safe community space and ancient rituals to help access our full human technology. During one of the experiences, this time without any mind-altering substances, I again reached a place of realising my full power. After the experience, I stood outside looking up at the sky and the trees and felt a deep sense of “oneness”. The sense that the trees, clouds and everything inside myself were the same thing. It was the same inner power that I felt on New Year’s eve a year ago at that festival.

In the next few months, we will be unpacking some of the tools from these retreats in an online program at Live More Perfect Days. Our neurology, emotional bodies and physical bodies are continually giving us signs. Once we know how to listen to and interpret these signs we can use them as a powerful Lifestyle Design tool. I am spending time learning about the power of peak or flow states and how we can integrate them into our lives. How we can make altered states, into altered traits? I’ll be sharing more of these experiments and learnings as I install them in my life. I hope that you’re having a rich start to 2020.

Much love.
