3 Most Common Relationship Mistakes

Here are a few shares of things that I’ve enjoyed over the last two weeks.

Chef’s Table. (On Netflix).

The search for beautiful, inspiring and uplifting content continues, and it seems (for now) to always lead back to food shows. This might not be new for you, but the recommended episodes are:

  • Season 1 Ep 1 – rated the best restaurant in the world amazingly well-shot video of Italian Food.
  • Season 1 Ep 2 – features Dan Barbour tackling a vitally important topic of how our tastes need to adapt to whats farmed and produced locally. This is a massive global problem that has a huge impact on our planet.
  • Season 2 Ep 4 – When I lived in Oaxaca, Mexico, a friend and I went to dinner at Criollo. We experienced the 15-course tasting menu.

Jesse Elder's Primelight 4-phase meditation.

I'm really resonating with Jesse Elder's work and we've been adding some of his content to The Mind Vault. This meditation is worth a listen when you have 15 mins to lie down, relax and enjoy a powerful guided meditation.

Below is a link to the replay

From this event, we took some questions that we're going to be unpacking in our first 11:11 event taking place on Saturday.

In this 90-Minute video training Araminta will be guiding you to:

♥️ Overcome fear, so that you learn to own your desires and handle receiving "no's"
♥️ Heal from past experiences so that you can reframe your story about relationships
♥️ Understand your shadow, simple tools that you can use to track the parts of yourself that could be self-sabotaging your relationships
♥️ Declutter: some self-love practises that you can use in your life right now to celebrate and release any old entanglements you might still be carrying from past connections.
